The Difference between laundry pods and refill pods.

Landry pods are more focusing on single dose applications, it’s using the character of pre measured amount of cleaning agent for a single wash. Refill pods focusing on the refill side, more precisely it’s for multiple time use applications. Some difference list as below.

Landry pods are more focusing on single dose applications, it’s using the character of pre measured amount of cleaning agent for a single wash. Refill pods focusing on the refill side, more precisely it’s for multiple time use applications. Some difference list as below.

1.      Unit dose pods usually has a smaller size that is enough for a single time use. Refill pods are more likely to be bigger and able to fill up a bottle.

2.    The shape and size of refill pods usually specially designed to match the bottles. The unit dose pods are more likely be small regular shape.

The regular refill pack is using same formula as the traditional liquid. In the traditional formula water as a solvent or filler take about 75-95% of the volume. Water soluble Refill pods designed with a concept of high concentration and pack with water soluble film. In the water-soluble refill pods formula, the goal is to make the ingredient that works as high as possible. This means we limited the amount of useless solvent or filler amount to the minimum.  Because of that we are able to reduce 75-95% of weight and volume, reduce 90% of packing materials.
